Can I exchange an item?

Yes, if item is in stock you can exchange it. 

 

When are you getting more of _____ in stock?

We do our best to restock items that sell out. We are not always able to restock due to manufactures lack of supply.

 

When will my order ship?

We process and ship orders placed before 2 pm CST within 48 hours, Monday - Sunday (excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order and also a confirmation email after your order is shipped.

Why do some international customers have to pay to receive their packages?
