All embroidery are made to order and usually takes 2-4 days  Longer times may occur do to seasonal restocks, sales and or events.

Our shipping cost is a flat rate of $6 within the US (or FREE for orders over $50) and $15 internationally. These prices include a tracking number for all US only.

*please note that on occasion, this time frame may be delayed - ie; school holidays, public holidays etc.

International customers take responsibility for any customs related charges associated with their country. 

Please make sure your information is correct at checkout. The address and email you provide are used for the dispatch of your order.



Returns + Exchanges


Returns are accepted within 14 days of merchandise ship date for domestic delivery, and 30 days for international customers.  As a courtesy we offer 30 days for returns during the holiday season. This time period includes Black Friday to New Years Eve. If said time periods have passed since date of purchase or if items are not returned in the condition they were sent out in (tags attached and items unworn and unwashed), unfortunately we can not offer you store credit. Final sale items (marked down merchandise), intimates, accessories, candles, and bodysuits can not be returned or refunded. Swim is returnable so long as the hygienic liner is in tact. To complete your return, your receipt is required. Please complete our Return Information form by circling your reason for return and including this with your unwanted merchandise. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Unfortunately all marked down sale items are final (along with accessories, intimates, and bodysuits).
DO NOT SEND BACK YOUR MERCHANDISE IF IT WAS  A MARKED DOWN ITEM.  We will not be processing your item if you send it to our warehouse for return and it is a marked down sale item.  We cannot return these items as they are final sale.  If sent back there will not be a credit given of any kind and you will be responsible for fees of shipping back to you.
As of now all embroidery will ship out within 1 week or sooner depending on the designs and details. 
Non embroidery Clothing: Orders placed Monday - Friday before 2 PM CST (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 48 hours on the next business day. Delivery estimate dependent on method of shipping chosen at time of purchase. We offer First Class options and Priority options. Priority mail does NOT mean One Day shipping, however it is a faster option. Regardless of what shipping method you choose, we still process and ship orders in the time frame listed above. We ship worldwide. We are not responsible for fees related to international customers paying to receive their packages. Shipping during holiday periods (due to a high volume of orders) may take up to 36 hours after placement when placed Monday - Friday before 2 PM CST
*Cherish Thee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports delivered to address provided or any fees related to international shipping.  Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email..

Payment is required via Credit Card or Paypal. Lavender Baby & Co will not be responsible for any costs associating with bank fees or exchange rates.

Payment details are private, and only held by the bank or institution processing the sale on our behalf.
